Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Campaign Management – You plan, tax and analyze online campaigns for customer acquisition and for the recruitment of brokers and license partners (SEA, Paid Social uvm). Leadakquise – You identify new channels and trends and develop innovative approaches to effectively address the target groups. CRM strategy – You support the development and implementation of training and activation campaigns. Tracking & Retargeting – You integrierst tracking tools and implement retargeting measures for customer retention and CLV refusal. Website optimization – You check tracking methods and shape the campaign landing pages. Budget planning – You opt for the budget to maximize the ROI and invest it effectively on the different channels. Data analysis – You track campaign performance and guide action recommendations from the web data (e.g. Google Analytics).

Experience and interest – You have experience in performance marketing (ideally in the agency or consulting environment) and are passionate about premium branding and real estate. Technical expertise – You are familiar with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), tracking tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager) and CMS systems (e.g. Contentful). Analytical and creative skills – in combination with your experience in data analysis and your strong optimisation will, you can independently design and create content such as ad texts. Communication – You communicate in German and English and work effectively with internal and external teams. Strategy and flexibility – You think strategic, adaptable to market changes and analyze target groups precisely.
