As part of your internship, you will get multifaceted insights into modern staff work and support our team in creative projects. Support in the development and implementation of HR marketing strategies for addressing and binding young talents Screening of incoming applications and taking over the invitation management for assessment centers and interviews Coordination of recruitment tests and assessment centres for the new trainee year Self-employed processing of modern HR projects in the field of Young Talents and Employer Branding Conception and creation of content for different social media channels Accompanied by Azubi and Higher Education events (recuiting events, free speech etc.) Close cooperation with external advertising agencies and trade fair organisers Support for day-to-day training management

Study in the field of personnel, business management, marketing, media, PR or a comparable study direction Ideally, you have already gained first experience in project management You are safe in handling modern office media Team spirit, creativity and good communication skills With your own initiative and organisational skills, you strengthen our team You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
