Your tasks: • Own-responsible costing of construction services • Selection, assessment and verification of tender documents • pricing by independent enquiries and calculations • Recognize and create possible secondary offers • Implementation of local visits and plan views • preparation, participation and logging, as well as preparation of • Bidding talks • Coordination of the offer in bidding communities • Participation in the project transfer interview

Your profile: • a completed technical training or a completed study as a construction technician (m/w/d) or • sound expertise in the above-mentioned tasks and relevant professional experience • Team spirit • a structured operation, • negotiating skills and enforcement • Organizational talent and communication skills both in the customer and in the handling of colleagues • high affinity for numbers • Feeling for the market concerned
