Head of the Global Team HR Systems & Processes Responsibility for the strategic development of our HR IT strategy and innovation Development of HR Digitalization for the ebm-papst Group worldwide Management and Responsibility of the SAP Success Factors Implementation Project including stakeholder management and cooperation with the Works Council Control of localizations, change management and communication measures Global process harmonisation and design and implementation of templates Process optimization through Quick-Wins and digital pragmatism

Leadership Personality with Passion for HR and IT: Understanding the Processes Analogous to the Employee Lifecycles Experience in managing global and interdisciplinary (project) teams with project management experiences, including project planning, budget and risk management, stakeholder analyses and change management User-oriented thinking with a view to technical solutions Multiannual knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or similar HCM suite with/or international corporate context with global organizational structures is desirable Flowing communication in German and English in word and writing Innovation spirit, curiosity and ready to go new ways
