Team Leader Planning Team (m/f/d)

You take over the technical leadership and leadership of the organizational unit assigned to you and, together with your team, ensure a future-oriented, secure and economic development of the networks. You are a contact person for municipal structural units, authorities and other relevant institutions. Your tasks include coordination of technical cooperation with the municipal works in the utility area. You are responsible for the investment and repair planning for the network area assigned to you (MS and NS networks and natural gas networks < 5 bar). With the help of network analysis methods, you will examine the optimal network structure and the required normal switching states. You check the operational network planning and ensure the technical and economic feasibility. You also check network and cost-effectiveness calculations and evaluate the results resulting from them. You carry out network compatibility checks and evaluate possible network feedback. In addition, you will check site approvals for individual constructions with network changes and develop opinions on construction planning, village renewal, road construction as well as participations as public interests (TÖB). Finally, you control and approve technical concepts and projects for network construction projects as part of investment and maintenance measures.

Ideally, you have completed your Master or Diploma degree in the field of electrical engineering, supply technology or renewable energies. You have extensive energy and energy knowledge and experience. In addition, you have extensive knowledge of working, health, fire and environmental protection. In handling PC standard applications as well as process-oriented DV systems, you are very safe. Your own initiative and decision-making are just as important as your ability to take responsibility and make decisions targeted. Also in challenging situations, you communicate sovereignly and solution-oriented and have a pronounced communication and conflict capability. Entrepreneurial thinking and acting are of course part of it for you and you always have the economic and strategic relationships in mind.
