Advising the areas of expertise and presenting digitalization and optimization potentials as well as further development of the comprehensive software landscape in the company Recording technical and technical requirements, documentation and analysis of these requirements and developing appropriate solution strategies Development of solution concepts, architectural designs and integration approaches based on technical requirements and business objectives Planning, implementation and professional support of software evaluations and tool selection processes Implementation of automation and AI solutions with Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot technologies Observe relevant technology and software trends and assess their applications for WAGNER

Complete study of economic informatics or comparable training Experience in requirements management and in the selection and introduction of business software Practical experience in developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Copilot Studio Very good communication skills as well as high flexibility and a pronounced digital mindset Analytical and systematic working and understanding of complex processes and structures Team skills, organizational talent and a high degree of self-initiative
