Group leader in rental management (m/f/d)

In your role as a group leader:in you take a central role in rental management and join your team for service-oriented processing of tenants:inside. In detail, this means: Responsibility in daily business: You support the team leader, together with your team, control the written processing of customer requests for rental adjustments and actively contribute to the optimization of internal processes Team coordination and prioritization: You will see the daily work stock, set priorities and ensure efficient task sharing within your group Quality assurance: You check your team's correspondence and release it. For complex concerns, you prepare content and coordinate the coordination with internal interfaces This is what it is about: You are the first contact person:in your team on professional questions and your colleague will accompany you in everyday work with empathy and clarity

With your completed real estate education or a comparable degree/training in the same field, you are well equipped for your new role You want to evolve and enjoy working together with the most diverse people – your empathic and at the same time powerful way will make your projects a smooth success You will also be able to interact with different areas and people as a contact person and to represent your concerns professionally. The routined handling of the current MS Office programs (Excel / Access / PowerPoint) completes your profile perfectly
