IT System Administrator Application Virtualization, Mail & Windows Server (m/f/d)

Application Virtualization & Citrix: You provide and develop our application virtualization. You accompany the operation of our existing Xen/Citrix environment and the perspective change to Proxmox/Parallels RAS. Mail & Exchange Online: You operate and optimize our Exchange Online Solutions including Microsoft Defender, Barracuda MailArchiv and CodeTwo. Windows Server & Active Directory: You administrate and develop our central and decentralized Windows server landscape as well as the associated Active-Directory services. IT service management: You process incidents, requests and changes in the ITIL environment, eliminate causes sustainably and implement potential improvements. IT-Security & Compliance: You are involved in risk analysis, protective measures and reporting processes in security incidents, and you are creating evidence for audits and audits. Service responsibility: You take responsibility for your own IT services, define service levels and ensure their quality and availability. Procurement, Lifecycle & Budget: You plan procurement, evaluate offers, negotiate with suppliers and tax costs, life cycles as well as perspectively the budgets of your IT services. IT projects: You bring your own ideas and accompany technical improvements and IT projects until implementation.

IT training & experience: You have a completed IT training, for example as a specialist informatics (m/w/d) for system integration, or a comparable qualification and ideally bring first professional experience in IT administration. Application Virtualization & Citrix: You ideally have experience with Citrix and/or Parallels RAS as well as the deployment and administration of virtualized applications. Microsoft 365 & Exchange Online: You can quickly find yourself in Microsoft 365 and ideally bring experience with Exchange Online. Windows Server & Active Directory: Windows Server 2019 and 2025 as well as Active Directory and/or Entra ID. Analytical thinking & solution orientation: You're questioning existing processes, identifying potential for improvement and developing solutions. Own initiative & further development: You take responsibility, introduce your own ideas and want to develop yourself professionally and personally. Ready to call: You are willing to occasionally take on call, about two to three bets per year.
