Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Providing and ensuring stable operation of WAN infrastructure
• Implementation and monitoring of service requests
• Care and processing of Incident Management
• Responsibility for patch and release management
• Creation and implementation of changes
• Administration and maintenance of the network management system

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Complete study of computer science, information technology or comparable training
• Multiannual experience in network administration, especially WAN
• Knowledge of the Incident and Patch/Release Management
• Knowledge of network security and best practices
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP or comparable are advantageous
• Excellent German knowledge (min. C1) in word and writing
