Your area of responsibility: Debitor accounting incl. dunning, rent induction, payouts and booking of further charges Creditor booking including pre-acquisition and booking of invoices as well as credits, account clarification Deposit management Implementation of numbers Participation in the creation of monthly sales tax forecasts Creation of monthly accounts Support in the creation of annual financial statements documents Creation of reports

Graduated commercial vocational training with a focus on financial and accounting, e.g. on the tax specialist, merchant/buyer for insurance and finance (w/m/d) e.g. Experienced handling of accounting processes, ideally in real estate management Ideally good English knowledge in word and writing, as well as very good German knowledge in word and writing Ideally secure application of SAP (FI/CO)
