Project Manager Corporate Management & Transformation (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for managing strategic and operational projects with high relevance for the company. You will control the entire project life cycle from initialization to successful implementation. You ensure compliance with time, budget, quality and results. The establishment of suitable project structures and the introduction of effective control and governance mechanisms in projects are among your tasks. You take the identification, evaluation and control of risks, dependencies and critical success factors. You are Sparringspartner for departments and executives. You develop sustainable and implementable solutions together with the affected areas. You control the internal and external project participants as well as the cross-departmental teams. You encourage the creation of acceptance for changes and support of organizational transformation processes. You are the first management-oriented decision bases, status reports and presentations. You are responsible for regular reporting to clients, executives and management bodies.

Qualification You have a successful degree. You have at least 5 years of experience in managing cross-departmental projects, also in the context of corporate transformations. You have already worked in the financial services industry and have experience with Regulatorik. You can demonstrate sound knowledge of classic and agile project management methods. You have experience in managing complex stakeholder landscapes. Personal competencies You have a pronounced reaction strength. It is characterised by a structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working. You have an entrepreneurial thinking and understanding of strategic relationships. A high self-initiative and responsibility are your strengths. You have the ability to capture complex facts quickly and to prepare them in a comprehensible manner. You have a sovereign appearance and convincing communication skills at all hierarchical levels. You have the ability to make decisions even in challenging situations.
