Account Manager (m/w/d)

Type of employment: Full time, part time

Support of the hotel director in all matters Representation of the hotel director during their absence and ensuring a smooth hotel operation Organisation and coordination of all operations Contact partner for all employees Administration and leadership active support in operational business personal guest contact, responsible for a sense of comfort Support for accounting Close cooperation with home technology and head office as well as control of the external housekeeping service provider Detection and pursuit of strategic goals for securing the success of the house Inventory control Ensuring the implementation of quality standards and rules and regulations Monitoring the online reputation of the house, commenting on guest reviews, creating social media content in cooperation with the marketing department

It comes to us first and foremost to your personality and your passion as a champion a completed study, training with subject area Hotellerie/ Gastronomy or company management a multi-year professional experience in the upscale hotel industry in leadership positions Affinity for fashion, design very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing safe handling of the current MS Office programs You are delighted to welcome our hotel guests with a smile and make sure they feel comfortable from the very first moment You have organizational skills, are flexible and reliable You take responsibility for the house Good communication and sales capability A well-kept exterior, good ways of handling, competent appearance and attention emphasize your host personality
