You work in a multidisciplinary team of a special paediatric ambulance for children and youth You advise chronically ill children and adolescents especially with diabetes, chronically inflammatory bowel diseases, obesity and functional disorders In addition, you take the assessment of mental disorders in diverse medical and psychological issues In addition, you will conduct supportive conversations with patients and their families and ensure the connection to further care services Creating psychological assessment reports is also your responsibility In addition, you offer group training and relaxation procedures for patients
