To strengthen our team at the Support Center Hamburg, we are looking for a Contract & Compliance Coordinator (m/w/d) with 30 - 35 hours a week at the next time.

Your tasks: Compliance & Process Optimization: You coordinate, monitor and optimise our compliance processes to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal standards throughout the company. Responsibility for the contractual portfolio: You take full responsibility for our contractual portfolio, in particular in the field of real estate lease agreements, as well as soft and hard franchise contracts. System & Timeline Management: You continuously control and develop our contract management system (e.g. Agiloft); to ensure time-limit monitoring, high data quality and audit-proof documentation. Interface to the financial department: In close coordination with Finance, you will convert contractual terms into financial management figures (e.g. cash flow, cost structures, forecasts). Contract life cycle: You coordinate the entire life cycle of our contracts – from changes and extensions to terminations and structured documentation of all adjustments. Data Governance: You are responsible for contract-related data and governance processes to guarantee maximum transparency, consistency and usability for management and finance. Central interface: You act as a central link to Global Legal, external law firms and internal stakeholders (observing a clear separation of legal counseling tasks). Innovation & Digitization: You are the driver of standardization, digitization and automation in contract management and related processes.

What you bring – how you convince us: Experience: You bring experience as Contract Manager, Rental Contract Manager, Property Manager, Legal Operations Specialist Financial Analyst (Real Estate / Contracts) or Compliance Specialist. Economic view: You are able to understand and evaluate contracts from an economic perspective. You bring a good understanding of cost structures, cash flow effects and basic accounting logic. Analytical skills: You can safely translate contractual agreements into financial implications. Working method: You think strongly structured and work very detailed. Tech-Affinity: You have experience in handling data, systems or contract management tools (e.g. Agiloft). Organisational skills: It is easy for you to bring structure into complex and fragmented environments. Stakeholder Management: You communicate with various interfaces (e.g. finance, operations, global legal, external partners). Drive: You proactively drive themes and keep track of them. Personality: You are practically oriented, independent and solution-oriented and work with high detail accuracy. Languages: You communicate fluently in German and English (in word and writing).
