Audio-Visual Event Technician (m/f/d)

Responsible planning, installation, operation and dismantling of audio, video and light technology at internal and external events, studio productions and trade fair appearances Ensuring a smooth technical process during events and continuous monitoring of the systems used Consulting and support of meeting hosts, event planners and internal customers with regard to technical requirements and solutions On-site support at conferences, meetings and events, including functional testing and adaptation of technical equipment Selection, coordination and control of external service providers, technicians and technical support services for offsite events and video productions performing preventive maintenance work as well as error analysis and correcting technical disturbances to audio, video and light systems Provision of first-level support for audiovisual systems in conference and meeting rooms and in external training and laboratory facilities Support in the continuous optimization and further development of existing AV, media and event technology solutions Local national and international travel activities in the context of events and trade fair appearances

Successfully completed technical training, a study in the field of event technology, media technology or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in audio, video and event technology Dante Level 1, 2 and 3 certifications Knowledge of modern audio, video and light technology as well as complex signal flow and control systems Multiannual experience in handling professional AV and light control systems Secure handling of computers and Microsoft PowerPoint Embossed knowledge of the operation, configuration and troubleshooting of audio, video and lighting technology High technical affinity and pronounced analytical and problem-solving capabilities Self-employed, structured and service-oriented work Communication strength and joy in cooperation with different internal and external contacts Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing readiness to travel for occasional national and international operations
