Together we lift our websites to the next level! You take responsibility for our websites hays.de/.at/.ch and .dk This includes the data-driven development of a strategy, a roadmap and targets based on customer feedback You are responsible for the continuous technical and technical development of the websites, always focusing on user-needs and added value for users You collect customer feedback to drive feature and product pricing and define product features based on user-needs In addition, you take over the control and prioritization of individual topics in the agile development process (SCRUM) A very strong stakeholder management towards IT as well as other units to understand the business as a whole is also one of your tasks.
