Chief Physician Psychosomatic Rehabilitation (m/f/d)

For one of our customers in the Ilmenau area – a traditional rehabilitation clinic – we are looking for a head physician for psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy (m/w/d).

The clinic is part of an established clinic network and has about 200 beds. The focus is on psychosomatic rehabilitation of patients with affective, somatoforms, stress-related or pain-associated disorders as well as eating disorders. A multi-professional team based on integrative, psychodynamic and behavioral therapeutic concepts is being treated.

Your tasks:

• Medical, technical and organizational management of the psychosomatic department
• further development of the existing treatment concept and quality assurance
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with medical, psychological and therapeutic colleagues
• Supervision, guidance and training of medical and psychological employees
• Participation in concept development in the clinic network and expansion of regional networking

Your profile:

• Specialist in psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy or psychiatry and psychotherapy with experience in the rehabilitation sector
• They meet the requirement to obtain training authorisation
• Social medical knowledge
• Knowledge of the treatment of psychosomatic diseases
• Collegial personality with clear communication structure, team spirit and decision strength
• Interest in further development, structural work and patient-oriented medicine
