You process self-defense claims from the assignment, pre-judicial and judicial measures, to the enforcement & insolvency processing As part of the laws and internal working directives, you work independently You communicate with inbound and outbound patients by phone or in writing You conclude payment agreements and comparisons with patients You book costs and extra money and count on our customers Together with patients, you clarify the causes of payment residues and look for solutions in partnership You are calling with doctors and dentists and other service providers to clarify the needs of patients or to obtain more information You conduct opposition and opposition proceedings and support our lawyers in action You control deadlines and check limitations You bring your know-how across departments into exciting projects to improve and optimize the processes
