Group Leader Electrical Design (m/f/d)

In your disciplinary & professional leadership role over a mid-sized team, you will ensure efficiency & effectiveness in the electrical design in complete projects (quality, deadline and sustainability). As a ruler, you are responsible for the development of the control concept and agree with the mechanical design & of the PLC programming. In addition, the project team supports security concepts and takes you to the project calculation. You plan technology processes and continuously develop the associated hardware standards. Finally, the personnel deployment planning, incorporation, instruction & training as well as the strategic development of your team and the management of employee talks are part of your tasks.

Your basis is a completed study of electrical engineering or a comparable degree (technician) in combination with corresponding professional experience. In addition, you bring many years of experience in a comparable position as well as in cooperation with business, department and project management. In your role as a manager, you are a team player and inspire us with your motivation & delegation ability as well as your goal-oriented and cooperative leadership style. You analyze structured technical challenges and find the right solution. Secure knowledge of E-Plan P8, your excellent ability to communicate with in- and external contacts in German & English as well as your inter- & national readiness to travel.
