Your important contribution

They are responsible for the educational and organizational management of the daycare centre, including:

Service and specialist supervision of the staff of the daycare centre.

Implementation of legal foundations in the institution.

Operational organisation and management.

Management of institution-specific matters.

Staff selection.

Leadership of Kita employees using the municipal management instruments.

Team management and development.

Conceptual development.

Complaint management.

Planning and ensuring the implementation of the educational offer of the institution.

Takeover of projects for children.

Confidential and constructive cooperation with the parents of the children.

Cooperation with educational institutions, social services, early support agencies and offices.

What you should bring

You have a completed vocational training for the state-recognized educator or a completed university study of early childhood pedagogy (Bachelor or Master).

Additional qualifications in the field of leadership and leadership, e.g. specialist for organization and leadership, kita management or, if appropriate, as a family advisor, etc., are desirable.

They have qualified pedagogical expertise for work with children and their parents.

They ideally already have competences and experience in management and leadership.

They have competences to lead a team and to accompany them professionally.

You have knowledge of the orientation plan and concepts of early education.

They bring personal skills, such as safe occurrence, communication skills, a high degree of self-initiative and commitment, conceptual action and the ability to act independently.
