You are responsible for infrastructure in your regional district and ensure safe, punctual and economic rail transport For this, you will be trained by us as a specialist and manager for the rail system and then carry out plant inspections, evaluate and document the results and guide follow-up measures Based on your inspection, you instruct necessary repair measures and take over the monitoring and evaluation of third-party services You will ensure a good documentation for all and thus keep a holistic view of your area, so that you will never let the cost-effectiveness of the assigned systems out of your eyes In addition, you control all important resources such as staff, material, equipment and logistics You guide your team professionally and disciplinaryly and ensure a good qualification for your employees:inside With our qualification program, we prepare you optimally for this demanding target function so that you can grow into responsible tasks

Your profile:
