You advise and maintain our customers in writing as well as by telephone and continuously increase customer satisfaction. You are responsible for the active tracking of the consignment and process all deviations in the course of the consignment, the discharge reports of other branches and the customer complaints. You analyze the complaints, evaluate them and conduct complaint talks. You create evaluations according to customer requirements. You take over the preparatory work for insurance. You serve the charter trucks and edit the receipts of the charter tours.

You have completed professional training, preferably Kaufmann (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services. Alternatively, you have a comparable commercial vocational training with corresponding professional experience and already acquired knowledge in the forwarding and logistics. Customer satisfaction is always your first priority. You are versed in handling the current MS Office applications. You have good knowledge of English in word and writing.
