Service Coordinator Technical Internal Service - Pumps / SHK (m/f/d)

You take over the complete classification and coordination of service orders (warnings, tests, repairs, Mondays) for our technicians: inside the field service of the Berlin site You are responsible for the administrative handling of orders – from the implementation of the service reports to the provision of the final documents You start offerings, follow them actively and are responsible for the final invoice You are the first contact person for our customers: both on the phone and by e-mail and for competent technical support with highest quality standards

You have a completed technical or commercial training (e.g. as an industrial businessman with technical interest or as a craftsman: with the desire for an office) Ideally, you bring professional experience in technical customer service, disposition or similar organizational activity. Experiences in pump technology or SHK industry are a great advantage You work very structured, are reliable and always keep an overview of a variety of tasks You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing that are essential for communication with our customers:
