As a civil engineer:in with development to the district manager:in Oberbau you are responsible for the infrastructure facilities in your regional care area and ensure safe, punctual and economical rail transport As a manager, you take care of the disciplinary and professional welfare of your employees and support them in their professional development As part of your activity as district manager:in Oberbau you carry out inspections, evaluate and document the results and initiate necessary follow-up measures You prioritise the deficiencies in your facilities and help to eliminate them in the planning process of the construction sites - while you manage the budget efficiently and purposefully With your technical know-how, you will develop detailed evaluations using software applications and provide important data while at the same time contributing significantly to the analysis of malfunctions and operational challenges. In addition, you will participate in occupational safety, environmental protection and operational safety

Your profile:

Successfully completed technical/university studies as a civil engineer:in or engineer:in the field of construction or a comparable subject First professional experience in operational maintenance would be desirable You are ready to grow into the tasks of the district management within our junior program Expressed responsibility, enforcement, resilience and self-initiative Willingness to take over leadership responsibility Driving licence class B as well as health fitness (reviewed as part of the application process)
