Description Tasks Assembly of optoelectronic devices and assemblies according to detailed work instructions and defined quality standards Fine adjustment / electrical adjustment and functional testing of the products using automated testing and matching programs that gradually lead employees through the process detecting and sorting out faulty components as well as simple troubleshooting in the assembly process Work in a structured production environment according to the principles of 5S and Lean Manufacturing Contribute to improvements in processes and product quality

You like to work precisely, have a good technical understanding and pleasure in the assembly of optoelectronic assemblies. You are team-oriented, quality-conscious and want to actively contribute to continuously improving our production processes. Ideally, you have experience in optoelectronics or in the assembly of complex technical systems. Complete technical training (e.g., electronics for equipment and systems or comparable) Experience in the assembly and adjustment of fine mechanical or optoelectronic systems Careful, structured and reliable operation Team skills, quality awareness and self-initiative Willingness to work in a lean-oriented production environment Very good language skills in German
