• Collection and processing of customer orders - maintenance of customer data in the system - coordination with internal departments - ensuring smooth order processing - answering customer requests by phone and email

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification - First experience in order acquisition of advantage - Good communication skills and customer orientation - Safe handling of MS Office - Teamability and reliable operation
