You are for the management, production and reporation of ILS and Support­ability projects are essential and ensure that all work packages are processed on time and on a quali­tative basis. You process supportability en­ering topics such as LSA, LORA, LCC or RCMA for development and series projects on behalf of our product areas and thus contribute to the optimisation of our support processes. You support the creation of technical manuals, training courses and the acquisition and processing of ILS projects in order to serve our customers as much as possible. You maintain customer contacts, advise our customers and control contractors as well as service providers in the field of supportability to ensure frictionless cooperation. You actively participate in the intersection coordination between Supportability Engi­neering and Technical Documentation and contribute to the introduction of innovative software tools in the Integrated Logistics Support area.

A completed study in the field of air and space technology, mechanical engineering or a comparable subject is the ideal precondition for this position. You have several years of experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Integrated Product Support (IPS), Service Engi­nering and Customer Support in the civil or military sector. At best, you have already been entrusted with the assignment of military systems and have know-how in the international environment. In addition to the joy of customer contact, you will be able to provide us with a high level of implementation and communication as well as an internal readiness to travel. Very good German and English languages in word and writing complete your profile.
