You plan, monitor and control digital and AI projects along the PMO standards and are responsible for a transparent cross-project reporting including resource management. You coordinate external service providers such as technology partners and developer teams and provide clear structures through well-maintained project roadmaps, schedules and risk assessments. You support the financial and contractual project management, including budgeting, contract management and consistent monitoring of all milestones. You develop professional PMO standards by building and maintaining best practices, templates and a current PMO knowledge pool (Lessons Learned, Templates, Checklists). You accompany the operational project work, support workshops, sprint and project reviews, analyze the project health status and derive sound recommendations from it – including participation in the further development of agile and hybrid project management methods.

Completed (master) degree in (economic) informatics or a comparable discipline Multiannual experience in (classical or agile) project management, ideally in the field of technology or health Knowledge of agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) Basic understanding of AI technologies and software projects Practice in project controlling Strong organizational skills, communication and coordination skills and enforcement skills German and English knowledge of at least non-negotiable (C1), at best at native level (C2)
