Full time | Halle (Saale) | from now on

You collect input and output invoices and monitor the corresponding booking accounts reliably. You support the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS. Your tasks include auditing, creditor accounting and payment transactions in the ERP system. You accompany processes in controlling and cost accounting and work on the monthly cost accounting in the ERP. In close cooperation with our internal departments, you make sure that all accounting processes interfere smoothly. You are in regular exchange with the tax office and provide the necessary documents and information reliably. As a central contact person for our suppliers and our parent company, you are responsible for a smooth process of communication. You are actively working on monthly financial reporting and consolidation within the group structure (mother company in Winterthur).

You have a successfully completed commercial training or an economic study in the field of financial and accounting. You bring first professional experience in financial accounting or accounting and you can prioritise the daily challenges. Safe handling of ERP systems and good MS Office skills. We would be happy if you already have basic knowledge of HGB and IFRS. You work structured, reliable and like to create problems from the world. Communication strength and team capacity are both internal and external. You enjoy working on new topics and developing yourself. Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing.
