Our client is an international wholesaler in the field of agricultural machinery and supplies customers in various European markets. Customer support: You are contact persons for national and international customers, answer questions and clarify open questions about products, offers and orders Offer creation: You create offers, track them and support the successful procurement Order processing: You coordinate the processing of incoming orders and keep the individual process steps in mind Interface to Logistics: You tune deliveries and goods outlets with the relevant colleagues and ensure smooth processes Sales support: You work closely with the external service and keep their backs free in the operational daily business

You have a commercial training, for example in wholesale and foreign trade management, or a suitable technical training, for example in the field of agricultural machinery or comparable You bring well-founded professional experience in the sales service, in the B2B customer service or in a comparable sales-related function with You communicate safely and service-oriented with customers and have the pleasure of editing inquiries and finding solutions You have good knowledge of English for communication with international customers You are familiar with MS Office and have already worked with an ERP system If you have experience in current customs issues, this is a plus, but no need
