You coordinate and control all processes in our outpatient care service – both professionally and humanly – and ensure efficient, smooth care for our clients. You create the service and holiday plans for employees and trainees – always keep in mind the needs of the team and the patient. You develop measures for personnel development, promote a positive team culture and contribute to long-term employee involvement. Supply by SGB V & XI: You take care of care according to legal requirements and accompany new clients: from initial contact to admission to the nursing process. You conduct qualified consultations in accordance with § 37.3 SGB XI and assist relatives as well as those in need of care as a competent contact person. You create and revise professional care planning and document reliably
