You can help your colleague: from the sales and project management phase to the completion of the projects in all contractual issues and help to identify and minimize risks at an early stage.

From now on, Rhine-Main area Duration: Unlimited Holiday: 30 days Weekly hours: 40 hours/week To position: As Contract Manager (w/m/d), you take over all phases of the commercial and contractual overall responsibility for complex customer projects at the One Solution Center DACH at Schneider Electric – from the audit of the contract to the acceptance. In close cooperation with the responsible project manager, you control the commercial part of the projects and ensure a professional, risk-conscious and economically successful contract processing across the entire project life cycle.

Your IMPACT: Contract management with focus on VOB/B and project-specific special conditions Construction and implementation of a professional claim and variation order management, including evaluation, documentation and management of additional cost and construction time claims enforcement of own legitimate claims and structured defence of unfounded claims against clients, GU/TU and after-contractors Creation, testing and negotiation of supplements, variation orders, additional cost indications and requests for extension of deadlines Form and timely disability advertisements as well as comprehensive documentation of performance changes, disturbances and future effects Close cooperation with project management, engineering and legal to ensure a comprehensible, documentable claim documentation Preparation of sound decision and risk reports for management The position thus has a strong influence on project results, risk management and customer interfaces.

Your profile: Embossed understanding of contract and secure negotiation competence in complex technical projects Multiannual experience in contract management in construction, plant engineering or infrastructure environment Deep knowledge of VOB/B, ideally complemented by GU/TU experience and complex contract works Found experience in variation orders, claim management, construction time extensions and follow-up negotiations Clearly structured operation, analytical strength and precise documentation quality Experience in building technology, energy distribution or data center infrastructure projects German; very good English for international internal votes Independent, responsible operation in the remote environment Willingness to project-related travel to construction sites and project sites (approximately 10–20 %)
