You are responsible for the systematic collection, analysis and specification of requirements at system and subsystem level. You act both at the top level and deep in the technical details and translate mission objectives into high-quality requirements. You ensure complete traceability across all levels of requirements, from the stakeholder requirements to the detailed specifications of the individual subsystems. You conduct targeted interviews with experts to understand and document the intention behind a request. You ensure the logical correctness of the requirements and identify contradictions or gaps in the specifications.

You have a completed degree (Master / Diploma) of engineering or comparable technical training. First experience in the application of requirements engineering methods and standards is advantageous. In addition, experience in handling requirements management tools (e.g. IBM DOORS, Polarion) is advantageous, with the quality of the content being prior to the pure operation of the tool. You have the ability to read between the lines and to work out the essence of a technical requirement through targeted demand; a clear expression is obvious to you; You formulate precise and avoid unnecessary complexity.
