Tasks & Responsibility: It's waiting for you Competent legal advice of management and departments Creating, examining and negotiating (insurance) contracts, including with our institutional partners Legal support of projects, in particular in product development Communication and coordination with colleagues from the Legal Department in the French head office of our company Control of active and passive processes Coordination of cooperation with external firms Project work

Expertise & Soft Skills: This brings you Second legal state examination and relevant practice experience Ability to analyse legal issues safely and to present them convincingly as well as to develop independently practice-oriented solutions Experience in the negotiation and creation of individual and pattern contracts ideally expertise in insurance contract and insurance distribution law Economic and entrepreneurial thinking and action Enthusiasm for new topics and tasks Analytical, structured personality with “Hands-On” mentality German and English knowledge and joy in working in the international environment safe handling of common PC applications (MS-Office package)
