What we plan together: In the Loyalty & Insights team, you work in a unit that is located within Retail Media Connect but operates largely independently. Our focus is on the planning, control and implementation of the REWE Bonus Coupons and the creation of data-based customer analyses. You are part of the team that acts as the first respondent for our suppliers and coordinates close coordination with them. You help us to gain valuable insights from a variety of customer data and to drive out campaigns that REWE customers are sustainable. This is how you actively shape how we strengthen data-driven customer relationships and develop successful direct marketing measures.

What you do with us: You immerse yourself in data worlds: large data sets do not scare yourself – on the contrary: you have the pleasure of discovering patterns, recognizing relationships and critically questioning analyses. With your safe handling of Excel, you check data carefully and help us ensure that our shopper analyses are accurate, sound and really meaningful. You keep our campaigns on track: When planning and coordinating coupons as well as customer analyses, you are an important part of the team. You support the assignment, coordination and evaluation of campaigns and are in close contact with suppliers and internal stakeholders. You transform insights into convincing stories: whether presentations, marketing documents or internal decision-making – you prepare complex content in a comprehensible, clear and appealing way. Step by step to more responsibility: In cooperation with the project team, you will contribute to the further development of our performance portfolio and perform independent tasks.

You complete an economic study, preferably with a focus on strategy, marketing, analytics or comparable disciplines. First practical experiences in marketing, strategy, the commercial or FMCG environment, in market research or consulting are of advantage.
