Successfully completed commercial vocational training Finded practical knowledge (13 years) in operational order processing or in project controlling Secure handling of SAP (R/3 or S/4HANA), especially in the PS (Project System) and SD (Sales and Distribution) modules Experience in professional customer support and the ability to develop proactively demand-oriented solutions Impressed communication strength and sovereignty in handling internal and external contacts German and English knowledge in word and writing High self-motivation, loadability and a consistently reliable and careful operation also under term printing
