Pedagogical Specialist (w/m/d)

in parttime for 19.5 - 35 hours weekly, unlimited

The proLiberi gGmbH is a 100% subsidiary of Lebenshilfe Gießen. In our intensive pedagogical individual measure, we provide comprehensive care for children and young people from 12-21 years according to § 27 in conjunction with § 35 SGB VIII in individual settings. We are looking for support for our team.

You bring:

· A completed training for educators, nurses or similar training in the educational field

· Experience in dealing with young people with challenging behaviour

· Commitment to the interests of the person to be supervised

· Ability to detect crises in young people at an early stage, to intervene appropriately and manage them preventively

· Ability to work with parents, relatives and legal supervisors, external

· Quiet, authentic and understanding radiation

· Willingness to reflect on your own work

· Team and cooperation capability

· Willingness to shift, weekend and holiday work (8 hours – shift)

Your tasks include:

· Full individual case promotion of a young person with challenging behaviour

· Recognize the individual participation needs of the young person and, together with the pedagogical team, find the conceptual development and implementation

· Concept and perform day structures together with the pedagogical team

· Ability to cooperate with all professions involved in the development process
