• Planning, installation and configuration of IT systems
• Support and maintenance of networks and servers
• Error analysis and fixation in hardware and software problems
• User support in IT questions and training
• Documentation of IT processes and systems

• Knowledge of network technologies (LAN, WAN, WLAN)
• Experience with Windows and/or Linux operating systems
• Good knowledge of virtualization (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V)
• Secure handling of Active Directory and Exchange
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving competence
• German language skills (at least C1 level)
