Multiannual experience in HR Advertising, job ad management, talent acquisition or in a comparable role, ideally in the corporate or agency environment Structured, independent and proactive operation Hands-on mentality and joy in working both strategic and operational Very good communication and negotiation skills combined with high consulting competence Safe handling of O365, especially PowerPoint, to create professional presentations Very good English skills in word and writing
