Number: MER0004731 In the field of warehouse processing, we drive the digitization of processes, documentation and evaluations. To support our team, we are looking for a dedicated*n intern who works independently on digitization projects and brings his own ideas.

Your duties include: Analysis of processes and identification of digitalization potentials in the field of quality/environment/work protection

Creation and maintenance of SharePoint pages, document libraries and lists

Development of Power Apps to Support Processes

Support in the introduction of digital solutions for: Checklists

Evaluations and dashboards

Remembrance and notification systems

Documentation and release processes

Processing and maintenance of master data

Creation of training and instruction documents for new applications

Support for other areas of expertise in the use of developed solutions

Cooperation in the use of AI-based solutions for process improvement

Studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Digitization, Economic Engineering or a comparable degree programme Interest in process improvements and digitization Experience with Microsoft 365 Experience with SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate or Power BI is desirable Interest in artificial intelligence (AI) and their application in the working environment Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation initiative and joy in introducing new ideas Communication skills and team spirit
