Lead Service Manager Customer Application Management (m/w/d)

As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,000 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. The CU ERP Customer Application Management (CAM) is a key component of the CS ERP. The Team Application Management Service (AMS), which belongs to CAM, is responsible for the architecture, the continuous improvement of support services and the transition management (transmissions from realization to use). The team advances standardization, automation and benchmark capability (methods and tools). Service managers are required to manage a professional operation.

Overarching development and delivery responsibility for services. The focus is on the strategic development and design of technologically and processally complex services Ensuring contract performance (contractualization and contract penetration) as well as increasing customer satisfaction and managing escalation management for the customer in service business Management of key figures and the agreed service parameters, among others, for costing in the context of the offer process and correcting intervention in the event of deviations of defined parameters Further development of the services including preparation of specifications and their coordination and implementation Committee representation of ERP CAM in the topics ITSM and Customer Center of Expertise (CCoE)

Complete subject-related university studies or comparable knowledge in the fields of application lifecycle management and IT service management Application Lifecycle Management, Life Cycle Costs Analysis, Reliability Analysis, FMECA, RAMTSS and Obsolescence Management Advanced expertise in IT-SM and CCoE In-depth knowledge in process and commercial topics, in particular strategic controlling Personal skills in communication/conflict management
