Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

This is your job in the future

• Implementation of monthly payroll
• Advising employees and executives on topics relevant to remuneration
• Processing of questions on pay tax and settlement of certifying and reporting
• Correspondence with offices, health insurance and insurance
• Main data maintenance in the HR system (e.g. SAP HCM)
• Compilation of evaluations and statistics for payment accounting

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Completed commercial training or studies with a focus on personnel or comparable qualifications
• Knowledge of wage and salary accounting and social security law
• Experience in handling HR software (e.g. SAP HCM, DATEV)
• Knowledge of tax law in particular in relation to pay tax issues
• Secure handling of MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
