Architect or civil engineer in the field of AVA – full-time or part-time cost management (m/f/d)

You worked independently and safely the cost tracking of small and large-scale projects, first rated cost estimates and calculations according to DIN 276 and are responsible for the production and updating of all project costs. You follow the risks and opportunities in the project and have a look at the overall project costs by means of a cost controlling, which you optimize and adapt to the project needs. You support us in the determination of reasonable costs and fees. You enter the change management, set up decision templates and coordinate the delivery position and ensure the completeness of the cost changes. You work closely with the office-internal colleagues in object planning, tendering and construction monitoring. Depending on the project size, you worked alone or in the team.

You're a responsible personality, think with & pack with you. It makes you enjoy working in the team and supplementing with your skills. Your careful, structured and conscientious way of working is yours. You have a strong interest in cost monitoring of construction projects. You can present a completed (special) degree in civil engineering, architecture or comparable and have at least 3 years of professional experience in cost management, preferably in industrial engineering. You have good to very good knowledge in handling industry-standard software, especially Word, Excel, Orca AVA and RIB iTWO. The German language dominates you in a safe manner. Good knowledge of English would be beneficial.
