The following shall be placed at the University of Arts Bremen, subject to the approval of the funding under the programme of professors 2030 to 01.07.2026: Equality and Gender Equality (w/m/d) Pay group 10 TV-L with half of the regular weekly working hours of a full-time employee (19.6 hours per week) Reference number DL 26/06

The place is limited to five years according to § 14 para. 1 TzBfG on the basis of funding from limited third parties within the framework of the 2030 programme of professors. The location is assigned to the rector:in (or to the rectorate). In close cooperation with the Women's and Gender Equality Officers according to LGG, the Central Women's Officer according to BremHG, as well as other relevant actors: you are responsible for coordinating and implementing measures under the Gender Equality Concept and within the framework of programmes to promote equal opportunities and gender equality (in particular Professors 2030). In addition, you will advise and support the Higher Education Board and the Women's and Equal Opportunities Officers in issues relevant to equality. This includes: Participation in the strategic development and development of concepts and specific measures to promote women, strengthen equality structures and protect against gender-based discrimination, as well as the continuation of the gender equality concept for parity Coordination and administrative accompaniment of equality measures within the framework of the Equality Concept and within the framework of funding programmes (in particular Professors 2030) including cooperation with external speakers: women, documentation, reporting and mid-controlling Participation in the establishment and further development of an equality controlling within the framework of the 2030 Professorship Programme and the preparation of reports and evaluations Participation in the revision of Statutes and Orders taking into account gender-based and non-discriminatory design All tasks shall be carried out in close cooperation and coordination with the Women's and Equal Opportunities Officers under LGG and the Central Women's Officers under BremHG, the Higher Education Board and other relevant actors. The tasks are closely related to the implementation of the measures of the professor's programme 2030 and are linked to the duration of the corresponding funding programmes.

Completed relevant studies in the fields of social, social and gender studies, ideally with a focus on gender research Ideally multiannual experience in the field of equality work, in particular very good knowledge of instruments and measures to implement equal opportunities and to reduce structural disadvantage Professional experience in project management within equality work and knowledge of higher education structures are desirable Good knowledge of MS Office applications Ideally experience with data collection and evaluation Very good German and at least good English knowledge in word and writing
