You support all personnel marketing activities of KNDS Germany including affiliated companies Your main tasks include the support in the planning, implementation and follow-up of personal marketing measures/campaigns online and offline (support in the management of agencies, support in the creation of advertising material Print/Online) You support the preparation and refurbishment of trade fairs / events for personnel acquisition nationwide and participate in relevant trade fairs if necessary In addition, you support the planning, design and implementation of social media content, as well as the refurbishment of image and video material to play in different channels.

You are currently studying in the field of economics, business management, economic psychology or a comparable degree course, ideally with the focus on human resources or marketing/communication You have already gained first knowledge and experience in personnel acquisition, online marketing or (company) communication and have fun in cooperation across different locations and in virtual teams In addition, you bring very good knowledge of how to deal with current MS Office applications as well as first experience in content planning and creation in the social media sector Ideally you already have first experience in image and video editing (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) Features such as self-employment, conscience, service orientation, and enforcement and team skills characterize you German and English language skills in word and writing complete your profile JOBV1_EN
