Specialist Team Leader Accounting - Asset Accounting (m/w/d)

As a specialist team leader, you take the technical leadership of the Plant Accounting team – real estate and are responsible for the accounting execution of construction measures at our store and warehouse locations. In doing so, you contribute to the correct implementation according to trade and tax law as well as to the basis of relevant corporate decisions.

This means:

settlement of plant accounting for our construction projects as well as the processing of enquiries by the auditors and the advice of our specialist areas at the main location and our regional companies on accounting issues Support in the preparation of monthly and annual accounts and the implementation of ad hoc analyses and the processing of special topics Analysis of existing processes and identification of optimization potentials and development of sustainable solutions to increase efficiency in day-to-day business Support in performing tests in SAP before upcoming data migrations, release changes and reprogramming Professional leadership and further development of team members

Completed economic studies or a comparable qualification with a focus on accounting/balancing Multiannual professional experience in the field of accounting/balancing ideally in the field of asset accounting with leadership experience Embossed Analytical Skills and a Structured Operation Communication strength as well as joy in identifying optimization potentials and implementing changes together with the team Secure handling of accounting according to HGB and StB as well as with MS Office and SAP FI
