(Senior) Consultant Time Management - Hamm (NRW) (m/f/d)

You advise and maintain our national and international customers from different industries and company sizes in the fields of time management, personnel deployment planning and project time recording with the HR software comvaHRo LOGA. Together with your customers, you develop individual target concepts. To do this, you analyze requirements, introduce best practice approaches and accompany the implementation to the successful introduction. In regular Jour-Fixe appointments you will be in close contact with your customers and ensure transparent cooperation. You reliably document all relevant content from conversations, workshops and appointments. You support companies in optimizing their organizational and process models and actively accompany them in transformation processes in the field of time management. You process in-depth queries about the time economy in our ticketing system and develop solution-oriented approaches for our customers.

In addition to enthusiasm for HR and IT, you have great pleasure in communicating work with people. In addition, you should provide the following conditions: successfully completed studies (e.g. BWL, humanities or social sciences) or a comparable training/qualification (e.g. professional experience in HR), enthusiasm for the HR world and especially for the time economy and affinity for HR software, well-founded knowledge of the time economy and personnel deployment planning desirable, (multiannual) experience in dealing with the HR software solution comvaHRo LOGA, experience in the field of time management terminals and terminal connection desirable, as an alternative interest in incorporating into this thematic field, great interest in further working in the field of time management, personnel deployment planning and project time recording and implementing projects independently there, leading customers within the projects and possibly also operating escalation management, high level of customer orientation, a fast conception, a team-oriented working style and a high level of commitment, open personality, convincing and sovereign appearance, excellent analytical skills, perfect knowledge of German and good English in word and writing, very safe handling of Microsoft Office tools, Traveling willingness: Service trips within Germany are part of the task (1-2 days per week in the own region, possibly every 2-4 weeks also more trips). Most of the activities take place in the office and home office.
