HVAC Project Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a new team member for the project management in the HKLS area for our TGA area with the focus on housing construction. Help us solve future tasks in the field of energy-efficient and sustainable building.

As a project manager, you are responsible for independent project execution and the costs, timing coordination and compliance with the quality and initiate corrective measures in case of deviations You coordinate the planning team over all phases of the project, from demand analysis, costing and supply creation to order negotiation, order processing and commissioning to post-calculation You are also responsible for the award and acceptance of entrepreneurial services You take over the project planning in intensive customer contact from idea finding to project completion and always have the quality, time and budget in mind

Your studies in the field of supply technology or comparable training with corresponding additional qualification as technicians or masters form the foundation of your specialist knowledge You have several years of experience in the field of HLKS, project management and the process management of technical building equipment (TGA) You have a strong technical and commercial expertise and have already gained experience with CAD programs Your predictive thinking, a structured and high independent way of working as well as good time management are characterized by Joy in team collaboration, a friendly appearance and a strong sense of responsibility completes your profile
