We are looking for a dedicated Payroll Specialist / Specialist Payroll (m/w/x) for our location in Untergruppenbach or Belgrade (Serbien). Implementation of a timely and correct payroll including all pre- and post-processing activities Collection and maintenance of personal master data in SAP HCM clarification and evaluation of pay tax and social insurance issues Support for global mobility cases and coordination of payroll accounting in cooperation with external tax advice

Communication with authorities, financial offices and health insurance companies Creation of certificates and regular HR reports Close cooperation with the local personnel departments of our internal customer companies and interface to local financial accounting Support and support for internal and external audits Support in implementing projects in the area of Payroll Continuous development of accounting processes

Your tasks Completed commercial training or comparable qualification At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in Payroll

Your preferred qualifications Current knowledge of wage tax and social security law IT affinity and comprehensive experience with SAP HR or other accounting systems, workday skills Very good MS Office knowledge Good English knowledge of word and writing High level of customer orientation, sense of responsibility and initiative Independent, structured and precise operation Team and communication skills
