Responsibility for maritime freight at the Hamburg site Active expansion of the business by new customer acquisitions and development of existing customers Construction and maintenance of resilient customer relationships at decision level Leadership, development and clear management of an existing team Responsibility for Budget, Result and KPIs Ensuring efficient, pragmatic processes along the transport chain Close cooperation with international partners and networks

Multiannual experience in the operations in the field of sea freight with a focus on import Very good knowledge of customs processing and the organization of cross-trades Embossed entrepreneurial thinking and high own drive Detectionable sales success in the forwarding environment First leadership experience and ability to create clarity and challenge responsibility High resilience and decision strength – even in dynamic situations Sovereign dealing with different personalities at all levels Very good market knowledge in the Hamburg area as well as a resilient network of advantage Communication strength, negotiation security and enforcement Good English knowledge of word and writing
